Session Description
Research indicates some students are uncomfortable with the impersonal nature of today's high school. Surveys tell us students in the virtual environment often sense a greater connection with their instructor. For this reason virtual schools have become known as a place where every student has a front row seat! This session will highlight how the Barren County (KY) school district planned, developed, & carried out a diploma granting high school that serves the district as well as the state.
